Creative Digital Transformation
It‘s a wrap!
The Creative Digital Transformation project was born in 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The prolonged lockdowns had caused the suspension of tourism and cultural activities, and companies in the sector had suffered heavy losses. Digital technologies and virtual/hybrid formats emerged as crucial tools for companies to keep providing services to their audiences. Despite this, many industry professionals still lack the necessary digital skills to successfully carry out the transition.
To address this issue, the Creative Digital Transformation project was launched with the objective of supporting the cultural, tourism, and creative industries’ digital transformation through the provision of free training activities for professionals and managers in the sector.

Finding a good digitalisation idea may not be simple. The Creative Digital Transformation team has created a Visual Virtual Map with 140 good examples of digital transformation in the tourism, cultural, and creative sectors throughout Europe. Browse the map on the project website to get inspired!
Boost your digital skills with the Online Course “”Digitalisation of Materials and events”
The two online courses ‘Digitalisation of materials and events’ were developed to enhance the digital knowledge of managers, self-employed and staff in the cultural, tourism and creative industries.
Which technologies are available? How to understand which digital service suits my audience best? How to create new digital products? CDT’s online courses provide industry professionals with the digital skills to answer these and other questions.
